Time during the last one year would have been a bit cheerful. Finances would have shown good progress. Sani in the 3rd house and Guru in the 7th house would have given a comfortable position during the past one year. Business would have been good enough. Employed persons would have enjoyed the confidence of the superiors. Family environment and health would have been normally good.
This is going to be a past history in the coming year 2009 when Guru transforms into the 8th house. In September 2009, Sani is also going to move into Kanni Raasi. This is an Arthashtama position for Sani.
If you prepare yourself now itself to manage a tough time ahead, you can minimize the hardship.

Even the normal increase in salary may be affected. Monetary betterment from the job will be rather impossible.
The position will be such that you will consider it is enough if you are able to sustain your present status. A change in location, transfer or nature work is most likely to happen. Such a change will offset your normal living or it will not be in line with your taste or interest.
You will have to work hard to sustain your present position with no additional benefits. Some people may even loose their job.
For job seeker's, this is not a favourable and conducive time. Opportunities matching your merits will be difficult. You will have to accept what comes in and wait for better chances later.
People in Arts line will also have a tough time. No new assignments will be coming up. Even the opportunities coming up will not be up to your expectations or merits. You will have to take extra efforts to obtain even a small assignment or piece of work.
Relationships with co-artists may strain. When new contracts or agreements will be far at sight, you will find it difficult to complete the assignments on hand. Health and finances will provide obstacles in carrying out your work.
Business people will find it tough to run the show. Business will not perform well. Expected turn-over may not be there. Liabilities will be pressing. Repayments will be difficult.
