அஷ்டமத்து சனி என்பது ஒருவரது ராசிக்கு எட்டாவது இடத்தில் சனி வருவதுதான்.
தற்போது மகரத்திற்கு அட்டமத்து சனி நடக்கிறது. மகரத்திற்கு எட்டாவது வீட்டில் சனி சஞ்சரிக்கிறார். அட்டமத்து சனியில் தொட்டது துலங்காது, அட்டமத்து சனி தசையில் அந்நிய தேசத்தில் புகழ்பெறுவான் என்றெல்லாம் கூறுவார்கள்.
“நட்டதெல்லாம் பாழ், விழலுக்கு இரைத்த நீர், அந்நிய தேசத்திற்கு ஓடிப் போ” என்றெல்லாம் சொல்வார்கள்.
ஊரை விட்டு, தேசத்தை விட்டு ஓடிப் போய், திருட்டு ரயிலேறி(யாவது) போய் வேறு ஊரில் பிழைத்தால் புகழ் அடையலாம். குறைந்த பட்சம் ஊரை விட்டு வேறு ஊருக்காவது போவது நல்லது என்று கூறுவார்கள். காரணம் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் எதுவும் ஈடேறாது.
மாவட்டத்தையாவது தாண்டியாக வேண்டும். வீண் பிரச்சினைக்குள் சிக்குதல், பழிக்கு ஆளாகுதல் போன்றவை ஏற்படும். அட்டமத்து சனி நடக்கும் போது புத்தி வேலை செய்யாது, உணர்ச்சி மட்டும் வேலை செய்யும்.
வேலை செய்யாமல் ஊர் சுற்றுவார்கள். காரணமே இல்லாமல் தண்டனை அனுபவிப்பார்கள். எந்தத் தவறும் செய்திருக்க மாட்டார்கள். தேவையே இல்லாமல் சிறைக்கு போவார்கள். 2 வருடம் கழித்து அவர் மீது தவறில்லை என்று தெரியவரும். “அகப்பட்டவனுக்கு அட்டமத்து சனி” என்ற பழமொழி உள்ளது. தர்ம அடி என்று சொல்வார்களே அது போல போற வர்றவனை எல்லாம் அடிக்க வைக்கும்.
இரண்டரை வருடம் அஷ்டமத்து சனி இருக்கும். ஆனால் அது போன பிறகு அவர்களிடம் பேசினால் ஞானி போல பேசுவார்கள். அதுமாதிரி அவர்களை கசக்கி பிழிந்து காய வைத்துவிட்டு போயிருக்கும் சனி.
அட்டமத்து சனி வந்து போனவர்கள், நிதானமாக, யதார்த்தமாகப் பேசுவார்கள்.
சனி தசை என்பது 19 வருடம். பொதுவாக சனி இரண்டரை வருடம் ஒரு ராசியில் சஞ்சரிக்கும். சந்திரனுக்கு 8sல் சனி வருவது அட்டமத்து சனி. கணவன் - மனைவிக்குள் கருத்து வேறுபாடுகளை ஏற்படுத்துவதும் சனிதான்.

சங்கமித்ரா
ரஜினிக்கு ஆறிலிருந்து அறுபது வரை என்றால் சத்யராஜுக்கு சங்கமித்ரா. ஒரு மனிதனின் 16 வயது முதல் 65 வயது வரையான வாழ்க்கையை சொல்லும் படம்தான் சங்கமித்ரா.
16வது வயதில் ஒரு பெண்ணுக்கு செய்யும் துரோகம் அப்பெண்ணின் குடும்பத்தை பாதிக்கிறது. அதற்கு பரிகாரமாக அக்குடும்பத்துக்கு எல்லா வகையிலும் உதவியாக இருக்கிறான் துரோகம் இழைத்த அம்மனிதன். அவனது வாழ்க்கைதான் படம்.
இந்த வேடத்தில் சத்யராஜ் நடிக்கிறார். 25 வயது வேடத்திலும் அவரே நடிப்பதால் அதற்கேற்ப உடல் எடையை குறைக்கப் போகிறாராம். 65 வயது கிழவராகவும் இவரே நடிக்கிறார்.

மோசடி தாத்தாவும் மோடி வித்தை பேரனும்' - ஜெ. சொன்ன கதை
ஒரு திருமண விழாவில் ஜெயலலிதா கூறிய கதை:
இப்போது நடந்து வரும் வாரிசு சண்டையை பார்க்கும்போது எனக்கு கதை வடிவில் உள்ள நாடகம் நனைவுக்கு வருகிறது.
ஒரு பெரியவரை தேடி பேரன் வயதில் ஒருவர் வந்தார். "தாத்தா என்னை ஞாபகம் இருக்கிறதா?' என்று கேட்டார். அவரை உற்றுப்பார்த்த பெரியவர், "இல்லையே' என்றார்.
"பத்து வருடத்திற்கு முன்பு நான் வாழ்க்கையில் மிகவும் சிரமப்பட்டபோது நீங்கள் வேறொருவரிடம் இருந்து பத்தாயிரம் ரூபாய் வாங்கி தந்தீர்கள். அதன் மூலம் என் வாழ்க்கைக்கு விளக்கேற்றி வைத்தீர்கள்' என்றார் பேரன்.
"அப்படியா பேராண்டி. அது வேறொருவருடைய பணம் தானே? அதற்காக இப்போது வந்து நன்றி சொல்ல வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லையே' என்றார் தாத்தா.
அதற்கு பேரனோ, "நான் அதற்காக வரவில்லை. அதே போல் இன்னொரு தடவை என் வாழ்க்கைக்கு விளக்கேற்றி வைக்க முடியுமா என்று கேட்கத்தான் வந்தேன்' என்றார் பேரன்.
இவ்வாறு ஜெயலலிதா சொன்னார்.

துப்பறியும் நிபுணர் வேலைக்கான இன்டர்வியூ அது. வந்திருந்த மூன்று பேருமே சர்தார்ஜிகள்தான்.
முதல் சர்தார்ஜி உள்ளே அழைக்கப்பட்டார். அவரிடம் ஒரு புகைப்படம் காட்டப்பட்டது. ஒரு நபரின் பக்கவாட்டில் இருந்து எடுத்த படம் அது. ''இவன் ஒரு கிரிமினல். இவனை கரெக்டா ஞாபகம் வெச்சுக்க எதை அடையாளமா எடுத்துக்குவீங்க?'' என்று கேட்டார் இன்டர்வியூ செய்த அதிகாரி. சர்தார்ஜி சற்றும் தாமதிக்காமல் சொன்னார் - ''அவனுக்கு ஒரு கண்ணுதான் இருக்கு. ஈஸியா பிடிச்சுடலாம் சார்...''
அதிகாரிக்குக் கோபம் வந்துவிட்டது. ''இது என்ன முட்டாள்தனம்? பக்கவாட்டில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட படத்தில் ஒரு கண்தானே தெரியும்? அவனுக்கு இன்னொரு கண் இருக்காதுன்னு எப்படி முடிவுபண்ணலாம்?'' என்று எகிறிவிட்டு, அடுத்த சர்தார்ஜியை அழைத்தார்.
அவரிடமும் அதே புகைப்படம்... அதே கேள்வி!
''ஹா... இவனுக்கு ஒரு காதுதானே இருக்கு. இந்த அடையாளம் போதுமே!'' என்றார் அந்த சர்தார்ஜி. அதிகாரி தன் தலையில் தானே குட்டிக்கொண்டு அவரைத் துரத்திவிட்டார்.
மூன்றாவது சர்தார்ஜி வந்தார். கேள்வியையும் புகைப்படத்தையும் சில விநாடிகள் மனதில் ஓடவிட்டவர், ''அவன் கான்டாக்ட் லென்ஸ் போட்டிருக்கான் சார்!'' என்றார்.
அதிகாரிக்கு அது புதிராக இருந்தது. இது உண்மையாக இருக்குமோ என்று அந்த கிரிமினலின் பழைய ரெக்கார்டுகளைப் புரட்டினார். என்ன ஆச்சரியம்! அவன் கான்டாக்ட் லென்ஸ் அணியும் பழக்கம் உள்ளவன்தான்!
''என்னால நம்பவே முடியலை.. அற்புதம். அது எப்படி அவ்வளவு கரெக்டா அவன் கான்டாக்ட் லென்ஸ் தான் போட்டிருக்கான்னு சொன்னீங்க?'' என்று கேட்டார் அதிகாரி.
சர்தார்ஜி சொன்னார் - ''இதில் என்ன இருக்கு? அவனால சாதாரண கண்ணாடி அணிய முடியாது. அவனுக்கு ஒரு காது... ஒரு கண்ணுதானே இருக்கு!''

ஒரு நாள் திடீரென்று படியாலா ரயில்வே நிலயத்தில் மூன்றாவது பிளாட்பாரத்தில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த ஐம்பது சர்தார்ஜீக்கள் இரயிலில் அடிபட்டு இறந்து விட்டனர்!
அனைவருக்கும் ஒரே ஆச்சர்யம்... என்ன நடந்தது ? எதனால் அந்த ப்ளாட்பாரத்தில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த அனைத்து சர்தார்ஜீக்களும் இறந்து விட்டனர் என்று!
அந்த ப்ளாட்பாரத்தில் உயிர் பிழைத்து பரிதாபமாய் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த ஒரே ஒரு எஞ்சிய சர்தாரை எல்லா பத்திரிகையாளர்களும் சூழ்ந்து கொண்டு என்ன நடந்தது? என்று ஆவலாக கேட்டனர்.
அதற்கு அந்த சர்தார்ஜி "இரயில் வருவதற்கான அறிவிப்பில் நடந்த பிழையினால் அனைவரும் செத்து விட்டனர்" என்றார்.
"அப்படியென்ன தவறு" என்று நிருபர்கள் கேட்டதற்கு சர்தார்ஜி சொன்னார்."எல்லோரும் பஞ்சாப் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் ரயிலுக்காக மூன்றாவது ப்ளாட்பாரத்தில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்தனர், அப்போது அறிவிப்பாளர் "பஞ்சாப் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் மூன்றாவது ப்ளாட்பாரத்தில் வந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது " என்று அறிவித்தார். உடனே அனைத்து சர்தார்களும் ப்ளாட்பாரத்தில் இருந்து தண்டவாளத்தில் குதித்து விட்டனர். ரயில் அனைவரையும் அடித்து விட்டது " என்றார்.
உடனே நிருபர்கள் "என்ன முட்டாள்தனம்?! ஆனால் நீங்கள் மட்டுமாவது புத்திசாலித் தனமாக யோசித்து தண்டவாளத்தில் குதிக்காமல் தப்பித்தீர்களே!!? எப்படி ?? " என்றனர்.
அதற்கு அந்த புத்திசாலி சர்தார் "நான் தற்கொலை செய்து கொள்வதற்காக தண்டவாளத்தில் தலை வைத்து படுத்திருந்தேன்.அறிவிப்ப ை கேட்டு விட்டு ப்ளாட்பாரத்தில் ஏறிபடுத்துக் கொண்டேன், ஆனால் ரயில் அறிவித்ததற்கு மாறாக தண்டவாளத்தில் வந்து விட்டது " என்றாறே பார்க்கலாம்.
அனைவருக்கும் ஒரே ஆச்சர்யம்... என்ன நடந்தது ? எதனால் அந்த ப்ளாட்பாரத்தில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த அனைத்து சர்தார்ஜீக்களும் இறந்து விட்டனர் என்று!

சர்தார்ஜி முதல் நாள் இரவில் தான் கண்ட கனவைப் பற்றி மறுநாள் காலையில் தன் மனைவியிடம் விளக்கிக் கொண்டிருந்தார்.
"அடியேய்... நானும், நீயும் அமெரிக்காவுக்குப் போய், நிறைய இடங்களைப் பார்த்து பரவசம் அடைந்த மாதிரி ஒரு கனவு வந்தது" என்றார் சர்தார்ஜி.
அதைக் கேட்ட அவரது மனைவி, "அப்படியா... எங்கெங்கே போனோம்? என்னென்ன பார்த்தோம்னு சொல்லுங்களேன்..." என்றாள்.
அதற்கு சர்தார்ஜி, "என்னடி தெரியாத மாதிரி கேட்குறே..? நீயும்தானே என்கூட வந்தே?" என்றார் கோபமாக!
"அடியேய்... நானும், நீயும் அமெரிக்காவுக்குப் போய், நிறைய இடங்களைப் பார்த்து பரவசம் அடைந்த மாதிரி ஒரு கனவு வந்தது" என்றார் சர்தார்ஜி.
அதைக் கேட்ட அவரது மனைவி, "அப்படியா... எங்கெங்கே போனோம்? என்னென்ன பார்த்தோம்னு சொல்லுங்களேன்..." என்றாள்.
அதற்கு சர்தார்ஜி, "என்னடி தெரியாத மாதிரி கேட்குறே..? நீயும்தானே என்கூட வந்தே?" என்றார் கோபமாக!
என்னைத் தேடாதே !!!
"நாளைக்கு என்னைத் தேடாதே... சினிமா பார்க்கப் போறேன்!" என்றார் நண்பர்.
"அப்படின்னா, என்னையும் சில வருடங்களுக்கு நீ தேடாதே..." என்றார் சர்தார்ஜி.
"ஏன்?" என்றார் நண்பர்.
"நான்... மெகா சீரியல் பார்க்கப் போகிறேன்" என்றார் சர்தார்ஜி!
"அப்படின்னா, என்னையும் சில வருடங்களுக்கு நீ தேடாதே..." என்றார் சர்தார்ஜி.
"ஏன்?" என்றார் நண்பர்.
"நான்... மெகா சீரியல் பார்க்கப் போகிறேன்" என்றார் சர்தார்ஜி!

கொஞ்சம் சிரிங்க !!!
ஒரு ஊரில் ரெண்டு பசங்க இருந்தாங்களாம், அவங்க பயங்கர குறும்பு.
எப்ப பாத்தாலும் ஏதாவது ப்ரச்னை பண்ணி பக்கத்து வீட்டுக்காரங்க
அவங்கம்மா கிட்ட கம்ப்ளைன் பண்ணிட்டே இருப்பாங்களாம்.அவங்கம்மா எவ்வளவோ முயற்சி பண்ணியும் இவங்களை திருத்த முடியல.
அப்ப தான் அந்த ஊருக்கு புதுசா ஒரு சாமியார் வந்திருந்தார்.அவங்கம்மாவும் சின்னவனை திருத்தலாம்னு கூட்டிட்டு போனாங்களாம்.
அந்த சாமியார பையன் விநோதமா பார்க்க அவர் சிரிச்சிக்கிட்டே கேட்டார்
"கடவுளை பாத்திருக்கியா?"
பையன் புரியாம முழிச்சான்.
திரும்பவும் அவர் ,"கடவுள் எங்கிருக்கார்னு தெரியுமா"ன்னார் லைட்டா முறைச்சிக்கிட்டே.பையன் லேசா கலவரமாயிட்டான்.
அவர் விடாம "சொல்லு கடவுள் எங்கிருக்கார்?"
பையன் பயத்தில அழ ஆரம்பிக்க அவங்கம்மாவுக்கு ஆச்சர்யம்.

வீட்டுக்குள்ளே அண்ணன் ரூமுக்கு போய் வேகமா கதவ சாத்திட்டு பயத்தோட நிக்க அண்ணன் கேட்டான் "என்னடா பிரச்னை ஏன் இப்டி ஓடி வர்ர?"
"இல்ல நிலைமை மோசமாய்டிச்சி"
"ஏன் என்னாச்சு?"
"கடவுளை காணோமாம்"
"அதுக்கு?"
"எல்லோரும் நம்மளை சந்தேகப்படறாங்க"

பெட்ரோல் மற்றும் டீசலின் விலை இப்போதைக்கு குறைக்கப்பட வாய்ப்பில்லை என்று பிரதமர் மன்மோகன் சிங் அறிவித்துள்ளார்.சர்வதேச சந்தையில் கச்சா எண்ணெய்யின் விலை வரலாறு காணாத அளவுக்கு உயர்ந்ததை அடுத்து கடந்த ஜூன் மாதம் பெட்ரோல் மற்றும் டீசல் விலை உயர்த்தப்பட்டது.
பின்னர் சர்வதேச சந்தையில் கச்சா எண்ணெய்யின் விலை குறைந்து வருகிறது.கச்சா எண்ணெய் விலை குறைந்திருப்பதால் இந்திய எண்ணெய் நிறுவனங்கள் பெட்ரோல் மற்றும் டீசல் விற்பனையில் லாபம் ஈட்டத் தொடங்கியுள்ளன.
இதனையடுத்து பெட்ரோல், மற்றும் டீசல் மீதான விலை குறைக்கப்படலாம் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. பெட்ரோல் விலையை குறைக்க வேண்டும் என்று மத்திய அரசு வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்நிலையில் பிரதமர் மன்மோகன் சிங், பெட்ரோல் மற்றும் டீசல் விலை இப்போதைக்கு குறைக்கப்பட வாய்ப்பில்லை என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
வளைகுடா நாடுகளில் சுற்றுப்பயணத்தை முடித்து கொண்டு புதுடெல்லி திரும்பிய பிரதமர் மன்மோகன் சிங், சிறப்பு விமானத்தில் செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசும் போது இதனை கூறினார்.

3. வறட்சியை மாற்றி வளமையை உருவாக்க அன்பிற்க்கு மட்டுமே சக்தி உண்டு
4. மக்களின் மீது அன்புள்ள மன்னன் எப்படியாவது மக்களைச் சுகமாக வாழவைப்பான்
5. அன்பு உறுதியானதாக இருந்தால் எந்த ஆச்சரியமும் நிகழக்கூடியதே

The last tenure of Raahu and Kethu in 12th and 6th houses respectively would have been good to some extent.
There might have been losses. There might have been drop outs of written off loans. There might have been unnecessary expenses.

ஆந்திர மாநிலத்தில் காங்கிரஸ், தெலுங்குதேசம் ஆகிய கட்சிகளின் அடுத்தடுத்த ஆட்சிகளால் மாநிலம் வஞ்சிக்கப்பட்டு விட்டதாகவும், இதனால் மக்கள் மாற்றத்தை எதிர்நோக்கி இருப்பதாகவும் சிரஞ்சீவி கூறினார்.
அமெரிக்காவில் உள்ள மக்கள் மாற்றத்திற்காகவும், சமூக நீதிக்காகவும் வாக்களித்து ஒபாமாவை வெற்றிபெறச் செய்திருப்பதைப் போல, ஆந்திர மாநில மக்களும் மாற்றத்திற்காக பிரஜா ராஜ்யம் கட்சியை தேர்வு செய்வார்கள் என்று அவர் நம்பிக்கை வெளியிட்டார்.
அடுத்த ஆண்டு நடைபெறவுள்ள நாடாளுமன்ற மற்றும் சட்டசபைத் தேர்தல்களில் தமது கட்சி காங்கிரசை வீழ்த்தும் என்றும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
இதற்கிடையே பிரபல ஆந்திர ஜோதிடரான முதுகண்ட கோபி கிருஷ்ணா என்பவர் வெளியிட்டுள்ள கணிப்பில், பராக் ஒபாமாவிற்கும், சிரஞ்சீவிக்கும் பெயர் கூட்டுத்தொகை எண் ஒரே மாதிரி இருப்பதாகவும், எனவே ஒபாமா போன்று சிரஞ்சீவியும் சாதனை படைப்பார் என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
ஆந்திர மாநிலத்தில் `பிரஜா ராஜ்யம்' என்ற பெயரில் அண்மையில் புதிய கட்சியைத் தொடங்கியுள்ள நடிகர் சிரஞ்சீவி, மாநிலத்தின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளிலும் சுற்றுப் பயணம் செய்து மக்களின் ஆதரவை திரட்டி வருகிறார்.
கம்மம் மாவட்டத்தில் பொதுக்கூட்டம் ஒன்றில் பேசிய அவர், அமெரிக்காவில் பராக் ஒபாமா வெற்றி பெற்றது போல் ஆந்திர மாநில சட்டசபைத் தேர்தலில் தாம் வெற்றி பெற்று வரலாற்று சாதனை படைப்பேன் என்று கூறினார்.

Can you see how it might be a good idea to check first, to see if your windows are clean? What we see when watching others depends on the purity of the windows through which we look.
Before we give any criticism, it might be a good idea to check our state of mind and ask ourselves if we are ready to see the good rather than just look for something wrong in the people we encounter.

Her husband looked on, but remained silent.
Every time her neighbor hung her wash to dry, the young woman would make the same comments.
About one month later, the young woman was surprised to see a nice clean wash on her neighbor's line and said to her husband, "Look! She has learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this?"
The husband said, "I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows!"
Can you see how it might be a good idea to check first, to see if your windows are clean? What we see when watching others depends on the purity of the windows through which we look.
Before we give any criticism, it might be a good idea to check our state of mind and ask ourselves if we are ready to see the good rather than just look for something wrong in the people we encounter.
